Sibia Eye Institute in Boynton Beach, FL is looking for one Medical Biller & Coder to join our 31-person strong team. We operate out of two practice locations. We are located on 11195 S Jog Rd Ste 1& 2 Boynton Beach FL. As a team, Sibia Eye Institute strives to provide excellence in the quality of care that we provide to our patients.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. This individual must have experience and exposure to ICD10 & CPT Coding. 

Tasks: 

• Draft claims, prepare claims, and submit claims 
• Send out bills and follow up on current and past claims regularly 
• Assist with other billing duties as needed 

Experience: 

• Billing- Knowledge of ICD 10 and CPT Coding (1-2 years' experience) 
• Mathematics — Knowledge of basic arithmetic

Skills: 

• Speaking — Able to communicate well with people 
• Detail Oriented— Able to remain consistent, focused, and thorough with work 

Abilities 

• Written & Oral Comprehension — The ability to listen, read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. 

Work Activities 

• Interacting with Computers — Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to code, enter data, or process information. 
• Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work. 
• Documenting/Recording Information — Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
