Salary Range: $64,000 - $72,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview:
As an Operations Specialist at Snowline, you'll play a key role in implementing and optimizing our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout our business. You'll collaborate closely with company leadership, analyze data, and develop SOPs to standardize operations and improve productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Take an active role in the implementation of operational improvements, including the integration of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Coordinate with ERP vendor to solve problems and improve effectiveness.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to publish and refine standard operating procedures.
- Gather feedback regularly from employees and managers to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and execute projects to improve operational performance and meet business objectives.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams and individuals.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools for data analysis or project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred: Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations analysis or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Supply Chain or similar certification a plus.
- Experience in the packaging, distribution, or similar industry is valuable
- Proficiency with Epicor Prophet 21 ERP software is advantageous.
