PURPOSE

Under the direction of the Director of Player Development and Executive Host the Casino Host will build loyalty and increase revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with VIP-level guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with identifying and acquiring high-value guests through the execution of programs for recruitment and retention. 
• Develop sales relationship with prospective guests and assigned existing guests to drive incremental visitation and gaming revenue.
• Assist with the management of gaming activity and participation in programs of high-value guests by:
• Track and monitor guest feedback 
• Analyze and utilize information from the player tracking system
• Communicate and market promotions and events
• Expedite player requests and fulfill player requests for comps
• Approve and monitor comp issuance based on player performance
• Offer and fulfill requests for credit 
• Maintain high levels of guest service, professionalism, confidentiality and discretion in all communication to and about guests. 
• Assist the Marketing Department in casino promotions and with the implementation of recognition programs for high-value players.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). 
• Four (4) years of guest service experience with at least two (2) years in tourism, hospitality or gaming.

Skills and Abilities:

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) with the ability to read, write and speak.
• Maintain a high level of maturity, professionalism and credibility
• Maintain a professional and high-profile appearance. 
• Proven computer skills using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collect and analyze data
• Knowledge of gaming operations

PREFERRED

Education and Experience:

• Familiarity with casino player tracking software

Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
