The Position Specifics Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you!The responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
- Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
- Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipadsystem
- If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
- Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
- Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
- Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed
- Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables
Is This Role For you?Hosts at Snooze are...
- fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member
- familiar with basic knowledge of Snooze service
- familiar with POS and iPad systems
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
- able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
- are at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Prior experience recommended, not required
