Job Description
SNI Companies is working with a data analytics company located in Hudson County, NJ who needs a Bilingual Payroll Specialist.
Duties :
- Manage Canadian semimonthly, monthly, and biweekly payroll processes.
- Prepare payroll submissions for outsourced providers, and thoroughly review and reconcile changes for these payrolls.
- Data entry for the Canadian payrolls.
- Review and coordinate New Hire Data submitted by HR for proper employee date, work location, & tax location data.
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee tax withholdings.
- Liaise with payroll vendors to ensure the processing of payrolls.
- Process special payroll payments.
- Complete Canadian statutory filings (workers comp, T4s, T2200, etc.)
- Contact provincial and local Canadian agencies to resolve filing issues.
- Ad Hoc reporting to support organization. Requirements :
- 3-5 years of Canadian payroll and statutory experience Benefits :
