SNF Pools (formerly known as Swim N’ Fun) is a family owned and operated business in Palm Beach County, FL. SNF Pools has been in business since 1974 and is best known for its expertise in Pool Servicing & Maintenance, Remodeling, and Repairs.

The business consists of a pool servicing & maintenance route, a retail store carrying essential pool supplies & serving as a touch-point with the local community, remodeling services allowing clients to transform dated pools into lush backyard oases, and repair / technician services to keep South Florida’s pools functioning beautifully & seamlessly.

The Retail & Sales Manager is fully responsible for overseeing the retail store located in Greenacres, FL - working independently to manage retail activities, playing a critical role as the face of the business in our community, and serving as a sales expert with excellent opportunity for uncapped growth via commissions!

Technical skills will be learned on the job. The key qualifications for this role are PEOPLE skills and ability to convert walk-ins and warm leads into business (POOL SERVICE ROUTE, remodels & repairs, and repeat customers).

Responsibilities:

· Customer Service

o Warmly greet and respectfully interact with all customers entering the store

o Assist customers with questions, finding products in the store, and calling in special order products (with owner approval)

o Treat every customer as a valued, lifelong client & go above and beyond to seek solutions to meet customers’ needs

· Sales

o View every customer interaction as an opportunity for further business, i.e. pool servicing, pool remodels, equipment repairs, leak detections, etc.

o Create conversation & express genuine interest in customers’ needs & challenges

o As you gain an understanding of the customer, offer up our services & solutions that best meet their needs

· Marketing

o Leverage our technologies to digitally collect customer email addresses & phone numbers at the register during checkout and request Google reviews to boost the business’ online presence

· Retail Management

o Open and close the store for operating hours

o Maintain adequate cash levels in the register

o Track inventory, place orders, & schedule deliveries to maintain adequate stock

Compensation & Benefits:

· Base pay Commission $60,000

· Base Pay

o $30,000/year

· Commission Structure

o New Pool Service Clients - 25% of first month’s service fee

o New Remodel Projects – 5% of net profit of project

o Service Calls & Repairs – 5% of net profit of the service provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
