Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for providing restoration services for properties damaged by fire, water, mold, and other disasters. You will play a crucial role in restoring homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities:
- Perform mold remediation, fire restoration, water damage restoration, and other restoration services
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to remove contaminants and prevent further damage
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove debris, extract water, and demolish damaged structures
- Conduct carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning as needed
- Safely handle hazardous materials, such as asbestos, during abatement procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective restoration processes
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

Experience:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with mold remediation, fire restoration, water damage restoration, and carpet cleaning techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for demolition and extraction purposes
- Knowledge of safety protocols for handling hazardous materials like asbestos
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
