Warranty Writer Vidor TX

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Warranty Writer Bryan TX. As a Warranty Writer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our RV dealership by managing warranty claims, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in various tasks related to RV maintenance and movement on our lot. This position requires strong customer service skills, multitasking abilities, basic electrical knowledge, and the capability to operate tractors/forklifts to move RVs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Warranty Writer Vidor TX Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty claims for RVs, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the service department to coordinate repairs and replacements covered under warranty.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty transactions and communicate effectively with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Operate tractors and forklifts to move RVs within the dealership lot, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
• Perform basic electrical tasks related to RV systems and components.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dealership lot.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on RV industry trends, products, and warranty procedures.

Requirements:

• Good customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in operating tractors and forklifts, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Basic electrical knowledge related to RV systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday and every other Saturday, with flexibility to accommodate busy periods.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Location: Vidor, TX

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, rotating weekends
