Key Responsibilities for Warranty Writer Vidor TX :

• Respond to phone calls and emails from current and prospective customers to schedule service appointments.
• Keep customers informed by providing updates on the progress of their service and notifying them when their service is completed.
• Effectively coordinate and prioritize service tasks, ensuring efficient allocation within the service team.
• Maintain a high level of organization when managing service appointments and customer records.
• Utilize computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping purposes.
• Remain active throughout the day, overseeing and assisting with the service process.
• Optional : Obtain certification in Propane operations, if required.
