Snelling Staffing is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near El Paso, TX

Job Description:

Most importantly, your main goal will be to fill the positions that our clients allow us to staff for them. This involves the following tasks

  • Posting of current open jobs on social media as well as various job board websites
  • Contacting qualified applicants through various methods and scheduling interviews
  • Conducting interviews in a professional manner and guiding applicants through employment registration process
  • Placing candidates into jobs based on qualifications and interview performance
  • Conducting any pre employment screenings as required by client
  • Working with client and applicant to coordinate the start of job assignments

Additionally, once applicants become an employee of Snelling, you will be responsible for managing the employees including but not limited to

  • Completion of I-9 verification
  • Proper handling and uploading of employment documentations
  • Conflict and issue resolution
  • Disciplinary and incident documentation (if necessary)
  • Payroll and time entry for hours worked
  • Communication with clients in regard to employee performance
  • Working with VMS software (will be trained upon hiring)

Skills/ Qualifications

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following qualifications

  • Completion of high school diploma or similar certificate
  • Current issued driver’s license
  • Bilingual
  • Recruiting experience

A good candidate will have the following skills

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft office (limited use of excel)
  • Office administrative skills including answering phones and use of scanner and printer
