• Starting pay $18/hour plus Commission and Bonuses
• Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm

• Service and build customer relationships by providing excellent customer service
• Greet and welcome customers, vendors, and others warmly
• Answer incoming calls to help customers with orders, quotes, and inquiries
• Gather information from vendors for sourcing and quoting special order products.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services and by suggesting information about additional products and services.
• Qualify potential new customers by recording customer information and discussing with sales members and management.
• Contribute to social media and website activities – create and post content, liaison with website designer, etc.
• Provide support and fill in as need with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payment posting, bank deposits, etc.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service required.
• Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Able to be tactful and clear in both verbal and written communication is required.
• Experience in basic computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Read, write, and be conversant in the English language.
