SNELLING is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join an established and growing company in the Tyler area.
The Customer Support Representative must have great communication skills and enjoy helping others. The pay rate for the Customer Support Representative is $14 17 / HR.
This Customer Support Representative position will be temp-to-hire, meaning that SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted.
Responsibilities / Skill Requirements of the Customer Support Representative include but are not limited to :
- 2 years or more experience in a customer service or support environment
- A friendly, engaging personality with a professional, pleasant phone demeanor
- Receive, verify accuracy of, and process customer orders
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Use email and phone communication to support the sales function to customers
- Process quotes, documentation requests, complaints, etc as required by customers and sales staff
- Work with sales, accounting, logistics, supply chain, and others to resolve customer issues
- Communicate with sales staff regarding critical customer situations
- Assist sales staff with questions, customer information, etc
