We are looking to add a qualified Accounting Services Coordinator to our family owned company in the heart of Maryland Heights! Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably with HVAC service related and/or construction company, in the following areas:

• Accounts Payables:

-Verify, code, and job cost vendor invoices, credit card receipts for entry into accounts payable and job cost modules.

-Monitors vendors invoices for discount opportunities.

-Process weekly accounts payable payment selection report for check processing.

• Accounts Receivable:

-Billing/Invoicing weekly.

-Communicates credit and collection policies to customers, processes credit card payments

• Operations:

-Receives and places incoming and outgoing calls to/from customers, technicians and vendors.

-Scheduling/Dispatching service calls via automated system.

-Maintains customer data base information.

-Maintains service job log, purchase order log and job cost module.

• Must be a self-starter with:

* Excellent customer service and communications skills

* Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Word

* Accurate data entry skills

* Ability to perform mathematical computations quickly and accurately

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Attention to detail

* Excellent problem solving/resolution and organizational skills

* Ability to be a team player

* Assist Accounting and Service Managers with varied duties
