Snell & Wilmer has a full-time opportunity for a Solution Center Analyst/IT Helpdesk Support in our San Diego Office.
This role requires the ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues within and beyond IT Services, to ensure that a consistent, high-quality service. This is a fast-paced and varied role, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a broad range of IT knowledge.
This position is Monday through Friday with occasional overtime, on-call, and weekend hours as needed. Our Solution Center works a hybrid model that combines remote and in-office 2 to 3 days each week. This position will be on-call every 7 weeks (or as specified).

The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $28.50 per hour depending on experience.
