Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest law firms in the Western United States, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance Department in our Phoenixoffice. If you are detail oriented, organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment, apply today!

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Receives checks, ACH, wires, credit card, and eCheck payments
• Applies payments to clients’ accounts
• Prepares check deposits
• Resolves any questions that may arise in the process
• Develops and maintains smooth working relationships with attorneys and staff

Experience and Qualifications:

• 2 plus years of experience working with accounts receivable or previous accounting experience
• Large law firm experience is a plus, but not required
• Aderant or Elite software experience preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
