Responsibilities : Collaborate withclients to understand their business processes and requirements.Design and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CustomerService Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM)modules.
Customize ServiceNow applications to meet specificbusiness needs including configuring workflows forms and reports.Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout theimplementation process.
Conduct workshops and training sessions toeducate clients on ServiceNow best practices. Work closely withcrossfunctional teams to ensure successful projectdelivery.
Requirements : Bachelors degree in computerscience Information Technology or related field. Minimum of 8 yearsof experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with JavaScript HTML CSSand other web technologies. Excellent problemsolving skills andattention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skillswith the ability to interact with clients at all levels of theorganization.
ServiceNow certifications : CISCSM CISFSM arerequired. Experience with other ServiceNow modules likeTelecommunication Service Management (TSM) is aplus.
