Thisposition has a starting base pay range from $ 31.70 to $ 45.07per hour based onexperience.

POSITIONSUMMARY :

This position is responsible for loggingtime and materials into computerized maintenance management systemdaily in the form of work orders P.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Housekeepingand cleanup of refrigeration machine rooms refrigerationmaintenance areas and all project areas on a dailybasis.

Required to interpretand understand plans and specifications schematics operating andmaintenance manuals etc. for systems beingoverseen.

Assist managementin developing standard operating procedures daily work schedulesand duty cycles for all repairs and maintenance for refrigerationand HVAC systems.

Assist inmanaging outside mechanical and refrigeration contractorsconducting service repair and new contractwork.

Assist the buildingand material handling equipment maintenanceteams.

Duties will includeassisting in general building repairs electrical troubleshootingand repairs and other general maintenanceactivities.

Be willing andable to tolerate temperatures of 35 degrees or below for entireshift. Be able to lift 4060 pounds to shoulder heightrepeatedly.

Be able to walkand stand on cement floor for the shift duration. Ability to followboth verbal and writteninstructions.

Must havebasic math skills and computerknowledge.

Ability to readand comprehend product specifications sheets assess equipment anddemonstrate basic mechanical knowledge work well without directsupervision and demonstrate leadershipability.

Willing to obtainOSHA Level A Hazmat Certification (24 Hours Medical Certification)and Incident Command Training (8 Hours) within 90 days ofemployment.

Willing toobtain RETA (CIRO) Certified Industrial Refrigeration OperatorCertification within 1 year of hire to attain RefrigerationTechnician level III classification.

Ability to assess equipmentand demonstrate mechanical knowledge. Working knowledge of USDAregulations plant sanitation standards andprocedures.

REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum2 years handon industrial experience including refrigeration ammoniaelectrical and HVAC. Associate Degree in Refrigeration Ammonia HVACElectrical preferred.

Certification in RETA CARO and FCF preferred.Or any combination of work experience education and / or training.

Candidateswho have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehirewaiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times ofemployment.
