Job Description:

• Years of experience should be around 5 but they are flexible if the person has the skills they need and a few years of experience
• HS Diploma is good​

Top skills: Print management, PC Print, Windows, CAD (not required but extremely helpful), ShareFile helpful

• Identify utilities present in plant when working on excavations (i.e. natural gas, power lines, etc)
• Assigning new drawing numbers
• Responsible for providing administrative support to functional area(s), department manager(s) and/or staff.
• CAD skills for updating drawings as needed, organizational skills to keep system drawings properly identified, basic computer skills to access USS IT systems as needed to complete daily tasks, self-motivated with good communication skills.
• Years of Administrative Experience Required: 5 years

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
