Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will contribute to creating a safe and efficient work environment. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance - Fabricate and install parts as needed - Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair machinery - Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Supervise external contractors when necessary - Welding and electrical work as required - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders Requirements: - Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance work - Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication) - Electrical knowledge is preferred - Ability to maintain and repair machinery using appropriate tools - Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals - Experience with CMMS software is a plus - Ability to supervise external contractors effectively - Welding skills are desirable but not required - Excellent customer service skills If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for maintaining a safe working environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Maintenance Person.
