Summary/Objective
Manages coordination of fabrication and installation of LED displays and is directly responsible for managing project budgets and schedules.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Serves as the main point of contact on assigned projects for internal and external personnel on assigned projects.
2. Creates notes and markups on project drawings for design clarification and factory amendments.
3. Confirms the factory drawings are an accurate representation of what the client has purchased.
4. Provides highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to department management and personnel.
5. Collects all required documentation from Subcontractors and ensures compliance with both internal and project requirements.
6. Attends various project review and pre-submittal meetings.
7. Asses project costs to ensure that projects are kept within or below assigned budgets and manages project cash flow.
8. Prepares PDRs and CDRs and additional submittals for client approval.
9. Obtains permits and other legal documents required for construction sites specific to location of work.
10. Hires subcontractors and creates subcontract documents, including purchase orders.
11. Works with installation managers on site to ensure a successful project implementation.
12. Manages multiple fabrication and installation projects that exceed $5 million in revenue for the company.
13. Provides mentorship and guidance to new team members and existing staff.
14. Possesses a deep understanding of each phase of the construction process including architectural and structural design.
15. Has multiple years of experience communicating technical details with architects, consultants, clients and vendors.
16. Possesses comprehensive understanding of standard construction management procedures and ability to manage project team to ensure compliance.
17. Reviews detailed building construction drawing sets and interprets and coordinates SNA drawings and engineering.

Supervisory Responsibility
No direct supervisory duties, though management of projects includes directing project related activities of the project team members.
Work Environment
This job generally operates in a professional office environment however, time at project sites is also required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and unless otherwise specified, hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
Travel
This position requires frequent travel and may require long periods of overnight travel including international travel.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
2. 3 plus years of Project Management Experience.
Additional Qualifications
OSHA Certification.
