Job Title: Associate I Payroll
Job Location: St. Paul, MN, U.S.A.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Starts at $21.00 an hour
Shift Structure: ONSITE, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
About the Associate I Payroll Role: This position will be for the Payroll Tax Team.

• Prepares the monthly payroll
• Conducting the necessary processes for payment of the various components of salary, such as vacation pay, overtime, etc.
• Responsible for payment of legal charges and statutory withholdings, such as employee guarantee fund, social security, income tax, labor dues, etc.
• Makes the calculations of payments related to dismissals.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• An Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable. CPP, FPC certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience with payroll taxes and resolving tax notices.
• Understand payroll tax knowledge, both state and local
• Worked in large company is preferable
• Zendesk exp is a plus
• Must have great organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Has great interpersonal skills
