As a Room Attendant, you will provide housekeeping services to all guests' rooms and public areas according to the policies and procedures established by the hotel. Your goal is to provide exceptional quality housekeeping services to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Complete all checklists as assigned, keep the guest room door open while working in the guest room, and lock the door properly when leaving the room.
• Maximizes job efficiency and neat, orderly appearance by maintaining a supply cart and vacuum cleaner.
• Stocks were supplied on the cart correctly in the morning and afternoon, with all necessary linens, guest supplies, and cleaning equipment.
• Sort out any damaged linen or linen needing re-washing and return them to the Laundry.
• Cleans guest rooms daily according to operational policies and standards.
• Responsible for removing soiled bed and bath linens and replacing them with clean linens.
• Responsible for removing trash from rooms, cleaning bathroom areas, and dusting all surfaces.
• Replenishes promotional materials, literature, stationery, and room amenities.
• Responsible for vacuuming or sweeping rooms and mopping floors.
• Reports unusual circumstances and maintenance requests to the front desk agent or manager.
• Leaves all guest's belongings in stay-over rooms unless they have been discarded in the trash.
• Attends to guests courteously, proactively, and efficiently.
• Ensure safety, maximum security, and confidentiality of guests and the hotel.
• Keeps master keys secure and returns them at the end of each shift.
• Turns in articles left in a room to the front desk agent for proper "Lost & Found" handling.
• Reports all potential and actual hazards immediately.

• A minimum of (1) year of housekeeping experience.
• A minimum of (1) year of hospitality experience preferred.
• High School education preferred.
• Able to speak and understand Basic English.
• Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment to resolve issues.
• Flexible schedule. Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
