We are looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to support our team on that mission.

What you'll do 

• Contribute to growth projects that drive innovation, strategy development, thought leadership, and business transformation. 
• Facilitate and drive completion of corporate improvement projects by collaborating with key stakeholders. 
• Contribute to the creation of consistent and concise presentations for leadership teams and other stakeholders; provide analysis and recommendations to assist with strategic decision-making. 
• Support the development of strategic plans, and monitor completion of project milestones and ensure that projects stay on track. 

What you’ll need 

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field. Engineering experience is helpful, but not required. 
• Two to Five years of related experience in a consulting firm, internal business consulting role, or within a corporate improvement/strategy group. 
• Excellent strategic thinking, understanding of business research and analysis. Strong quantitative and analytic skills. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence 
• Motivated to keep things moving forward. Works well independently to meet deadlines, but also thrives in a team situation. 
• Advanced presentation and facilitation skills, create captivating and informative Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
