Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Assistant to help manage our inventory operations. In this role, you will:

• Receive, organize, and store inventory items properly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in our management system.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking.
• Work closely with various departments to meet inventory needs.
• Assist in implementing and improving inventory control procedures.
• Participate in inventory audits to ensure compliance.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing and unpacking.
• Keep the inventory storage area clean and organized.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
• Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.75 - $24.48 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
