This position’s main responsibility includes supervising the staff (insurance billing and reception) involved in the revenue cycle processes. It includes monitoring the A/R revenue cycle and self-pay patient accounts following our collection procedures. Other tasks include processing Uncompensated Care applications and monitoring self-pay accounts as well as overseeing the Medicare, Commercial and Medicaid biller’s aging reports and insurance processing procedures. Charge master maintenance and all dimensions of insurance billing setup and processing knowledge is part of this position. Accuracy is a very important part of this position; updating and follow through also play a major role. Benefit eligible for full time positions.
