- Full time

11-7 M-F every other weekend required.
Deer Park Health & Rehabilitation is seeking Activities Assistant to join our amazing team! Looking for caring and compassionate candidates who are dedicated to promoting a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.
- Assist the activity director in implementing an activity compliance with requirements to meet residents' needs.
- Delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Assist the activity director in implementing an activity program to meet each residents' needs.
- Maintain the resources needed for each resident's activity needs.
- Assist the activity director with required record keeping.
- Reports to the Activity Director
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Participate in ongoing continuing education as required
