Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our drink menu
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, preparation methods, and presentation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with operating cash registers or POS systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Knowledge of food service regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members in a professional manner
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred
