Job Summary:
We are seeking a Smoke Shop Employee to join our team. As a Smoke Shop Employee, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are knowledgeable about smoke shop products and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times
- Upsell products to increase sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay up-to-date on the latest smoke shop products and trends

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of smoke shop products and accessories is a plus
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to upsell products to increase sales
- Proficiency in operating a cash register
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Technical sales experience is beneficial
