A Day in the Life:

• Warmly welcome and engage customers, building lasting connections.
• Provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries.
• Prioritize personalized customer service, meeting their unique needs.
• Communicate valuable customer insights to the Toke Truck Team.
• Skillfully cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a fully stocked and immaculate store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Stay updated on the latest products, industry trends, and services we can offer.
• Expect a flexible schedule depending on business demands.
• Be prepared for occasional tasks outside your core responsibilities.
• Adhere to all company policies, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Eager to engage with every person that walks by our van.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for THC-A, Nicotine, and similar products.
• Familiarity with handling transactions and POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, late nights (until 3AM) and holidays as required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
