Job Duties for a prep cook:
• Prepare and chop all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Make dough frequently and review dough levels ahead of being required
• Provide dough trays to dough push area as required
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Keep both Make Line and Expo area stocked with ingredients
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Requirements:
• Friendly, sincere, upbeat attitude
• Well groomed
• Acts urgently and moves quickly
• Can stand for 8 hours and lift between 35-50 pounds
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills
• Ability to memorize specialty pizzas

NOTE: Need to be available starting at 8:00AM for shifts until 4PM
