Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Dishwashers/prepcook to join our team. This role involves and intoductory job learning about proper sanitation and cleanlinessin the kithcen. Leading toward learing about food prep, knife skills, baking and line cooking. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area

- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment

- Assist with food preparation as needed

Experience:

- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as knives, stoves, ovens, etc.

- Experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment is a plus

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
