Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, kitchen operations, and hospitality management. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift.

Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Supervise and support team members during the shift
- Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food service management and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices
- Experience in culinary arts or hotel management is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
