About You :

You have an interest in healthcare or / or life sciences and a passion for getting the job done with a spirit of excellence.

Your Day to Day :

The account coordinator is an entry-level position and supports the success and growth of the agency by supporting account teams as directed and expanding knowledge and understanding of communication tactics.

Drafting content, using project management tools such as agendas, recaps, and trackers delegated by account directors, conducting research, and participating in professional development activities.

Other responsibilities include daily administrative support to account teams, clients, and patients.

Qualifications :

  • Two or four year degree from a college or university, or one to three years of work experience and / or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience or internships within the following areas : PR / communications, Sciences, Healthcare
  • A dedication to delivering the highest-quality work product via attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and communications skills.
  • The willingness and ability to handle daily administrative tasks.
  • A passion for impacting the lives of patients each and every day.

This position has the ability to work from home on a hybrid schedule (1 day per month in the office minimum). Our office is in Morristown, NJ.

Must be willing to travel.
