As part of the customer accounting team, the cash apps coordinator will identify, sort and post daily cash transactions and resolve issues related to customer accounts. Core Responsibilities Works high-volume payment applications for (lock boxes, ACH, Wires, and Remote Deposits) Create residuals (deductions) for credits taken by customers on a payment Calculating and completely analyzing remittance advises accurately applying for payments Identifies overpayments and underpayments, routes appropriate information to responsible parties. Investigate and resolve issues related to misapplied cash.
