• $55-65k/year SALARY depending on your level of regular licenses
• Only work 1 Saturday per month, and we pay you an extra day for it in the busy season. In the slow season, you get an extra day off during the week!

Must have pest technician license at a minimum.

5% commission for sales of termite and exclusion work!
10% commission for completion of termite and exclusion work!

We started Smith Thompson Security in 1978, and have grown to become the largest independently operated home security company in Texas. 7 years ago, we launched a pest control division in Dallas because we saw an opportunity to bundle services, and offer our large account base a big incentive. Customers already know us, and they trust us in their homes, so it's been a huge hit. We are able to offer them a large discount when they sign up for both of our services (alarm pest control). So not only do we have the best deal in security, we have the best deal in pest control.

The job would involve spraying the outside AND inside of homes. Except during cold winter months, we power spray around the outside of homes. When we spray the inside (only occasionally do our customers just want the outside treated), we inspect the attic for rodent and varmint activity, and notify and recommend a treatment to the customer. We are primarily a residential company, but do handle light commercial work as well. We are also Sentricon certified, and all techs are expected to be able to sell and install them. Training will be provided as needed.

Smith Thompson Security is the largest home security company in the area and we will aggressively market our services to our huge customer base, as well as new customers. Must be clean cut and willing to go the extra mile, as this is what got us to where we are now!
