Position: BAS Controls Programmer/TechnicianJob Description: BAS Programmer/Technician will work as part of a team which will be responsible for the installation, programming, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning and servicing of DDC building automation systems. This position requires the ability to communicate clearly with customers, contractors, engineers and fellow team members.Job Duties:Manage installation subcontractor during construction phase of project to keep them on track and on schedule.Creation of software programs and animated front end graphics.Checkout, start-up and commissioning on projects.Analyze problems and resolve issues to ensure the complete system functions properly.Must be familiar with various hand and power tools.Performs service repairs, adjustments and calibration on building systems.Coordinate customer-training and complete closeout documentsProvide technical support and direction to end-users and employees when applicable.The job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive job duties of the position. Yrs. Experience: 3-5 years with Siemens SystemsEducation: High School Diploma and/or Trade SchoolCertificates Required: Siemens Apogee, PPCL
