Description

RESPONSABILITIES

• Daily posting of Cash receipts
• Approving/releasing daily invoices
• Review accounts for Credit releases
• Assist in researching and resolving customer short pays and deductions as needed
• Reconcile and balance accounts as needed
• Provide statement and past due reminders on customer accounts
• Filing accounting records (Accounts Payable)
• Professionally fulfill receptionist duties at front desk
• Other ad hoc assistance as needed by the Accounting department

Qualifications

Work experience / education requirements

• Pursuing a degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Prior experience working in an accounting department preferred.
• Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant accounting software.
• Intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Outstanding math, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent and professional communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving.
