Full job description:
Law firm located in Henderson, NV seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person for our Legal Receptionist/Legal Assistant position to undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will provide support with incoming and outgoing phone calls, greeting and welcoming visitors, and assisting the corporate and estate planning paralegals. The goal is to sustain efficiency of all office procedures and case management so as to guarantee reliability and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the paralegals and attorneys.
Effectively communicate with clients, companies, colleagues and other law firms.
Answer multi-line phone system and transfer phone calls to the appropriate staff member.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Prepare and send annual renewal documents monthly to clients.
Maintain and update inventories of contact details.
Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors.
General administrative and clerical work.
Willing to learn Paralegal work with the potential for promotion as a Paralegal.
Skills:
Ability to quickly learn legal terminology, estate and corporate concepts.
Knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with legal technology (court-filing computer
systems, etc.)
Proficiency in English.
Outstanding time-management and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
