Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective market strategies and account management.

Duties:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for sales.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, technical sales, or technology sales.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce to manage customer interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in outside sales is preferred.
