```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the produce department
- Ensure that all produce is properly stocked, rotated, and displayed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train and supervise produce department staff
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized department
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a store management position
- Strong knowledge of the produce market and industry trends
- Experience interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Excellent time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management to ensure department profitability
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it may enhance communication with diverse customers
- Sales management experience to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Strong math skills for inventory management and pricing calculations
