Property management is a job that requires good people-skills, common sense, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Grace under pressure, level-headedness, and an even temper are assets. Helping people new to the area find housing, and working with property owners to keep their properties rented & in good repair are our main objectives. Local knowledge & experince are helpful. Every day is different, but our work routines remain consistent. Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software is great but not required. Please include letters of recommendation and work & personal references with your resume if available. Must have own vehicle. Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

Schedule:
