Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our team at Smith, Moses & Cozad in BeavercreekOH. In this role, the Client Care Specialist will be responsible for working with clients to address their needs, questions, and concerns, while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role that includes elements of customer service and problem-solving. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their happiness and retention.
• Communicating effectively through phone, email, and in-person interactions with clients.
• Working with clients to address any questions, concerns, or issues they may have.
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely and appropriate resolution of client issues.
• Providing excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate for this role should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong customer service orientation, with a proven track record of success in a related role.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• An ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to achieve shared goals.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a knack for multi-tasking and prioritizing effectively.
• An in-depth understanding of customer relationship management tools and techniques, preferably in a financial industry setting.
