Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Foreman. As a Crew Foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and landscapes, and will be responsible for a crew and the equipment on the truck. This is a full-time position with a well known and established company. We offer highly competitive pay, with opportunities for bonuses and pay increases

Duties:

- Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns

- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers to ensure efficient and high-quality work

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices and techniques

- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
