Ultimately youllensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximizecustomersatisfaction.
DutiesandResponsibilities :
- Managetransactions with customers using cashregisters
- Scan goods and ensure pricing isaccurate
- Collect payments whether in cash orcredit
- Issue receipts refunds change ortickets
- Redeem stamps andcoupons
- Crosssell products and introduce newones
- Resolve customer complaints guide them andprovide relevantinformation
