Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the Smiley Mishawaka. You will work closely with the rest of the management team to ensure efficient and effective management of daily operations, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to maintain a high level of customer service
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining accurate records
