Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our retail store. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing inventory, including stock replenishment and merchandising
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Support the Store Manager in shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Proficient in inventory management, including pricing and stock control
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques and retail management best practices

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
