Our private orthodontic practice is looking for a bilingual Mandarin Chinese speaking front office staff. The successful candidate will be able to answer phone calls, schedule appointments, bill and verify insurances. Other duties include visiting dental offices for potential referrals, and help back office for sterilization, photographs, x-rays. Further experienced position for development includes treatment planning and financial arrangements with the patient and/or family members to start orthodontic treatment.

You will be playing an important role in our orthodontic team. We expect you to learn and grow with the office. It is important that you have following characteristics:

• Bilingual - must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Legal to work in the US
• Experience in dental field is plus
• Knowledge of dental insurance: PPO, HMO, Denti-Cal is plus

• Willing to learn

Working days: 3 to 4 days per week. Must be available to work on two Sats every month.
