Seeking a customer-savvy Patient Care Coordinator that has experience in the dental field. This position is for an energetic, charismatic professional with excellent customer service who is able to diffuse high-tension situations that may arise with patients. Experienced in working with people, handling a wide range of administrative tasks and able to work independently. Well organized, flexible, has a growth mindset both for themselves and for the office. Bilingual speaking ability - Spanish and English - is required.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Check-in/Check-out
• Answer phone calls and in-person interactions with professionalism and empathy
• Manage the daily schedule, and communicate effectively with patients and staff if schedule is running behind
• Confirm patient appointments.
• Present treatment plans, discuss financing options, and follow up until a decision is made.
• Collect payment from patients at the time of treatment
• Verify insurances
• Maintain records and ensure security and confidentiality of patient information
• Oversee patient relations and handle patient complaints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
