Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk/Treatment coordinator Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate information is collected
- Answer phone calls and respond to patients inquiries promptly and professionally
- Verify dental insurance benefits
- Create and present treatment plans
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of patients transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Call patients & make sure the providers' schedule is fully booked
Experience:
- Previous experience in a dental office is required.
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft dental software is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with dental terminology is beneficial for understanding patient needs
