smile Arts Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Greenbelt, MD

looking for an energetic and upbeat person who can:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with patient check-in /check-out processes
- Collect payments and provide receipts to patients

- present treatment plans and facilitate financial discussion

-Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean reception area

The right candidate must be punctual , team player , follow direction and ask questions .

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers
- Knowledge of dental software systems, such as Dentrix, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
